According to wikipedia, Robert Rodriguez is Rumoured to have collaborated with Quentin Tarantino on the Mexican vampire novel The Book With No Name by Anonymous.

Apparently, that novel was originally published through Lulu.com, so I'm sure the rumor is 100% true.

Next announcement! Sam Raimi and Brad Pitt co-wrote a novel called Twenty Palaces under a psuedonym and will release it to the internet as soon as I figure out how to upload a file to lulu.com and edit wikipedia.
