On scalzifeed, John Scalzi links to a post about how hard it is to blurb a novel.
Can I just say: Thank God I didn't read this last week? Even though the post itself is not terribly serious, I was so twitchy and uncomfortable with emailing authors to ask them to read/possibly blurb Harvest of Fire that it would have made me nauseous.
What does it say about me that my first thought upon opening that blog post was "She's using her shift key! I can read her blog now." ?
For the record, everyone I asked said "yes" except one, and I'm not sure I had his correct email address.
