I have a question to ask of the general crowd: If a business wanted to sell a small number of books--let's say it's a fairly high end gym with a pro shop, and they books they want to stock are a couple mmpb bestsellers and some health/exercise books--how complicated would that be? Do they just contact a local distributor? Call the publisher directly? What's the headache?
