As I go through the polish, if I want to trim the book by almost 19,000 words, I'm going to cut 44 words out of each page.
Or almost one in five.
Whee!
The actual goal I'm shooting for is 30 words per page. We'll see. So far I've been near or above that. But what would really help would be a 30-page section of the book that suddenly became completely unnecessary.
