Really, the costumes are not interesting to me at all, except for cute ones on kids. One of my co-workers brought in a big, scary mask to wear, and she stalked around the office scaring people and making them laugh. Normally, she's a very normal, sedate personality, but for that 15 minutes she seemed so free.
Me, I don't want to behave any differently with a mask on than without a mask. But maybe that's the headache talking.
And the exhaustion. And the backache. Yeah, that's right, I'm feeling pretty crappy. I was supposed to dig in deep with the revisions to Everyone Loves Blue Dog tomorrow, but maybe I should take a recovery day instead and sleep in.
I'm going into town to check up on my son's trick-or-treating, though, even though it started at 4:00 and it's 4:20 right now, and I won't even get there until 5:30 at the earliest. Ah, well. At least I have JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS on dvd at home. That'll be a perfect after-Halloween film for the boy, I think.
Have fun tonight.
