But what if Congress (or if you're not American, the legislative body in your country) decided to institute a new federal holiday? What if they were soliciting suggestions from the public? What national holiday would you recommend?
Me, I would suggest Rest Day, a day in early January that emphasized the importance of healthy amounts of sleep, rest and quiet time with loved ones. I don't think this culture puts the value on rest that it should.
